I really enjoyed playing around with the interactive white boards. Using the software for only a few minutes gave me a glimpse of how useful they can be in my classroom. I discovered the hot spots feautre which i can see myself using all the time in my social studies classes. I also think i will use the overlay feature with maps to teach geography.

video

I really enjoyed this project for the most part. It is always fun making a silly video to learn somthing. It is definetely better than a paper. Shea, Jess and I work well together and I feel we all did ann equal part. The video filming itself was fun the editing was fun except one pretty huge thing that was ver frustrating. Our mic did not pick up any sound. It made the whole project one royal pain rather than fun. We had to go through and dub all of our dialog and our backround noise into the scenes with the video itself. It took forever! It really was not that hard other getting the exact timing for each word. We didn't really want the Godzilla type sound on our video project. All in all though I think we did a pretty good job of overlaying the sound to make it seem like you were hearing the actuall talking not something done two hours later at a computer. It certainly gave me greater respect for cartoonist who have to match everything up. I really liked the idea for the project as well as the overall project itself. I think our video cae out pretty good despite the technical difficulties.
